“As the overall team leader, I spearhead the management, marketing efforts & financial operations of the company. My major emphasis is listing property, working with Sellers and referral clients, negotiating contracts and coaching our team members. It is my goal to ensure that the synergy of the team remains cohesive, efficient, exciting and fun.”

Tammy primarily works with the sellers (she does all of the Team’s listings). She also works closely with each member of the Team to ensure that we meet and exceed our client’s expectations. Loyalty, confidence and client satisfaction are highly important to her, so you can be sure that your Real Estate experience is a pleasant one.

Graduating from Webster University with a bachelor degree in Media Communications, Tammy began her Real Estate career in 1996. Her past experience and education helped develop her excellent organizational, communication, marketing and negotiating skills. She truly loves her profession and genuinely cares about helping buyers and sellers reach their goals. You will find that her high energy level, integrity and driven work ethic are second to none.

Her credentials and awards include 1996 Rookie of the Year, Top Individual Producer for the Realtor Association of Southwestern Illinois for 2003, 2004, 2005. Since 2006 she has been the leader of one of the Top Teams in the entire MLS. She was also chosen as 1 of 30 agents under 30 across the nation by The National Association of Realtors, and designations of excellence include her ABR, GRI, CRS, SFR, CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert for handling Short Sales) and Broker’s license. Tammy can also help her clients stage their home to give a more inviting feel to any buyer. Tammy is also involved in numerous civic organizations and is most proud of her “Integrity and A Smile” yearly scholarship program that gives $1,000 each year to one area high school student to use toward a college of their choice.

Brad lives in Waterloo with his wife, Becky, and has one daughter, Kaitlyn. He enjoys traveling, bike riding, Cardinal baseball, visiting with family & friends.

Chris is joining our team as a Buyer’s Agent. Her sole purpose is to work with our buyers and help them find their dream home.

Chris has been in the real estate business for over 5 years and holds a Real Estate Broker license in Illinois and Missouri. In 2006 she was Rookie of the year and is consistently a multi million dollar producer.

Having lived here her whole life, Chris has a strong knowledge of the area and its people. She is committed to helping her clients and brings dedication, experience, communication, and strong negotiation skills with her.

Chris is active in the community and with her family. She is married and has four wonderful children and loves watching her kids play sports and attending their many activities. Chris is an animal lover and enjoys traveling, snow skiing, scuba diving, and spending time with friends and family.

Being the newest member of such an experienced team has been exciting. Working alongside some of the best realtor’s in the area is such a great opportunity. I understand how important it is to find the right house to call home for your family. I am a, wife and the mother of two girls’. When not working you will see me in the community at my oldest daughter Madison’s softball and volleyball games, and my youngest daughter McClane’s tumbling/cheerleading classes. Helping friends with home design challenges is also one of my passions. What I enjoy most is setting aside time to enjoy my husband Jerry my two daughters, my family and friends at my home at the end of a very busy week.

I regularly provide listing information to real estate brokers as well as potential buyers and sellers and I manage all the day to day office operations. I also oversee all of the newspaper, website and digital advertising for the company ensuring that we maintain our role as trend leaders in internet marketing.”

Sherrie has been with the team since 2001 and provides overall office support while establishing a central connection to each of our Team Members. Sherrie’s primary responsibility is to manage and track each pending transaction to ensure it closes on time with our clients experiencing as little hassle as possible. You can feel confident that the myriad of details regarding the closing of your home from loan approval, appraisal, and coordination with the lender, Title Company and the other Realtor are carefully followed. She is your personal contact.

Sherrie and her husband, Ron, have 3 grown children and 4 grandchildren with twin grand babies on the way. Sherrie enjoys walking, spending time with her friends and family, and is actively involved at her church.

Marcie joined our team in March 2011. Marcie comes to the team with over 5 years experience in the real estate industry. Marcie works directly with our agents and their buyers to make sure that the buying experience is a smooth process. She also helps with the day to day operations by answering phones and assisting in any way needed. Marcie, her husband Skip and their dog Cheyenne live in Dupo and enjoy going to Lake Kinkaid each weekend and staying on their houseboat. Marcie enjoys boating, the great outdoors and cooking.
